Duck Bill Check Valves

The RHINOFLEX duckbill check valve is a oneway, non-return check valve. No additional energy source is required as they use existing line pressure and back pressure to open and close the valve. The Duck-Bill design is engineered such that the valve will always return to a fully closed position enabling a tight seal, even on suspended solids. They are extremely suitable for aeration and mixing systems, effluent diffuser systems, wastewater treatment, and storm water and wastewater backflow prevention. These have absolutely no maintenance, with no springs, flaps, seats and seals and will not freeze, warp, rust or malfunction, because they are built from a one piece elastomeric construction and can operate at low flow rates with a low head loss The duckbill check valves are available from 50mm to 3000mm in various designs, and models.
