Venus Engineering Works is in the Manufacturing of Industrial Valves for last 60 years and in manufacturing Angle Slurry Valves for Alumina Plants for 30 years. We are a "KNOWLEDGE DRIVEN ORGANISATION" seeking to solve live real problems of our customers.
While catering to all the Alumina Plants in India we have learned and developed best practices and inculcated in our Valve design Philosophy to solve major chronic problems faced by Alumina Plants namely;

(4) Gland Leakage
(5) Gearbox Failures.

Through design interventions, we have been able to decrease the propensity of these problems to a great level thus reducing the operation cost of the plant by decreasing the meantime between maintenance of Valves and also reducing the pumping costs.
All these Valves are designed to be 1:1 replaceable to our international counterparts without changes in the Piping and still include such top-end design interventions.
We propose to offer such highly customised Valves with Third Party Inspections by few of the Best in the World agencies like TUV, BVQI, DNV, SGS etc as per mutually accepted Quality Assurance Plans and Approved G.A. Drawings
