Rhinoflex has two types of Diaphragm Valves namely Weir and Straight Through Pneumatic and Manually operated. Material of construction are cast iron, cast carbon steel,cast stainless steel and other alloys as requested.
Rhinoflex Diaphragm valves have been used in all types of industries such as petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, power, refinery, fertilizer, steel, sugar, thermal and nuclear plants, food and beverages, mining, water and waste treatment industry etc.
The Rhinoflex Diaphragm valve construction is very simple and consists essentially of three simple units a. Valve Body b. Diaphragm c. Bonnet assembly.Selection of the most suitable body material, lining and diaphragms depends on the nature of the fluids, and it's concentration, pressure, temperature, type of piping and continuity of flow.Normally flanged valves are available to suit the various international standard flanges and face to face dimensions conforming to BS 5156, ANSI, DIN, etc Types of Body Diaphragms We can offer Natural, Neoprene, Nitrile (Buna-N), Hyplon, Butyl, EPDM, Silicon, PTFE, with Neoprene Butyl, EPDM pad, Viton, Food grade, etc. rubber diaphragm are also available.
